back in may, i went to holland for a weekend and finally made it to visit proef! wish i could’ve gotten in touch with marije vogelzang but timing was off. one day, i’ll return and get my chance to meet her and visit her studio!
the meal was delicious and definitely beautiful in aesthetic and taste, but no where as strange as some of her eating designs. still, it was a fun and quirky restaurant, if you’re near amsterdam, i highly recommend it!
